“In August/September 2003, I gathered the neighbours of Noah Crescent and Julia Valentina Crescent to start discussions on building fences on our properties.  After several meetings with neighbours, we agreed on moving forward with fence installations and gathering unit costs from reputable contractors in order to determine the best costs and terms for work involved.  The recommended contractor, FG fencing and Contracting, was selected as the successful contractor due to competitive pricing and no down payment was required form homeowners; payment terms were made upon completion of work. 
John Guglielmi of FG fencing and Contracting was contacted and contracts signed by each neighbour to ensure that all were in agreement.  The fencing was completed during the winter months while there was snow on the ground and the grounds were frozen.  I was a little skeptical at first, but very surprised to see the fence crew in our backyards, building the fences every day in sub zero temperature.  I had never seen fences built in the middle of winter, but the advantages were that damage to properties from tractors and equipment were minimal, if any.  In fact, I am not aware of any neighbours that experienced any damage from the fence contractors.  After several weeks, the fencing was completed and I did call FG back to lower a few panels since I wanted minimal clearance between the ground and the fence.  FG returned shortly, made the changes, to my satisfaction, payment was made in full.  In the following months, I had several discussions with several of my neighbours, they were all happy with the quality of work and delivery of service from FG fencing.
Mr. Guglielmi was very professional and courteous in his dealings with this neighbourhood.  In fact, when I did have to call him back to install a few more posts and gate in the spring of 2004, after I had more landscaping completed and he responded promptly and completed the balance of the job on a timely basis.  My experience with FG fencing and contracting was a very positive one, and they made coordinating this work with neighbours as easy as possible.  I have recommended FG fencing to several friends and neighbours over the last year and trust they have been successful in these dealings.  In addition, I would have no reservation about recommending this contractor to anyone for future work.”
